WXCODE TECNOLOGIA TRATAMENTO DE DADOS PROVEDORES DE SERVICOS DE APLICACAO E SERVICOS DE HOSPEDAGEM NA INTERNET LTDA, trading as WXCODE TECNOLOGIA ("WXCode," "we," "us"), identified above, is the controller of personal data processed through wxcode.ai and the Service described in this policy. You can reach us at wxcode@wxcode.ai.

This policy applies to the wxcode.ai website, its contact forms and cookies, and, at a category level, to personal data processed when you subscribe to and use the Service through your account at adm.wxcode.ai.

We aim to comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) for all visitors and customers, and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors located in the European Union, in proportion to a company of our size.

• Site visitors. Basic technical and cookie data described in Section 5, collected only as permitted by your cookie choices.
• Enterprise contact form. If you submit the enterprise scoping form, we collect your name, work email address, portfolio size, and any optional message you include.
• Account holders / customers. When you create an account and subscribe to the Service at adm.wxcode.ai, we and our payment processor process account data (such as name and email) and billing data necessary to set up and charge your subscription.
• Content you submit to the Service. If you are a subscriber, the Service processes the source code and related materials you submit for conversion, in order to provide the Service to you. Neither WXCode nor the third-party AI model providers we use to deliver the Service use this content to train AI models. See Section 8 for how long it is kept.

We do not collect other categories of personal data through this website beyond those listed above.

We use personal data to: (a) operate and secure the website; (b) respond to enterprise inquiries submitted through our contact form; (c) create and administer subscriber accounts and process payments; (d) deliver the Service, including processing content you submit to it; (e) send service-related communications; and (f) with your consent, measure site usage and advertising effectiveness, as described in Section 5.

wxcode.ai uses a consent banner. Cookies that are not strictly necessary — including analytics and advertising cookies — only load after you consent to them, by category. For the full list of cookies, their purpose, and how to change your choice at any time, see our Cookie Policy. This Privacy Policy does not duplicate that list.

We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf, in the following categories only: cloud hosting, AI model providers (to deliver the codebase-conversion Service), email delivery, support chat, payment processing, and — only once you consent — analytics/advertising measurement and consent management. We do not sell personal data. These providers may only use personal data to provide their services to us.

Some of the providers listed in Section 6 may process personal data outside Brazil or the European Union. When they do, we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted by the LGPD and the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

• Account and billing data: kept while your account is active, and afterward only for as long as legally required (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
• Content you submit to the Service (source code and related materials): stored only while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after your account is cancelled or terminated, except that billing records (not this content) may be kept longer where required by law.
• Enterprise contact-form submissions: kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and deleted on request.

Under the LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal data; access it; correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; request portability; obtain information about the entities we share your data with; revoke your consent at any time (including your cookie consent, via the Cookie Policy page); and request deletion of personal data processed with your consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at wxcode@wxcode.ai, which is also our designated contact point under LGPD Article 41.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit.

The website and Service are directed at business users and are not intended for anyone under 18 years old.

You may lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or, if you are located in the European Union, with your local data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will also notify active customers by email.
